NEW YORK, Sept. 2 — Envoy Magazine is proud to announce its partnership as a media partner of Unstoppable Africa 2026, the Global Africa Business Initiative’s flagship gathering, taking place Sept. 20 and 21 at the Marriott Marquis in New York.

Unstoppable Africa 2026 is hosted by UN Secretary-General António Guterres and H.E. Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, Chairperson of the African Union, under the theme “Powering Business, Scaling Economies, Shaping the Future.” The gathering brings African and global heads of state, business leaders and investors together during the high-level week of the UN General Assembly.

“Unstoppable Africa reflects the kind of global conversation Envoy Magazine was created to cover where diplomacy, business and sivil society come together to shape the future. We are proud to be part of these voices and ideas,” Razi Canikligil, Envoy’s founder and president, said.

The partnership adds to Envoy’s UNGA-week slate. On Sept. 8, Envoy will launch its Secretary-General special edition at the Ralph Bunche Institute, co-convened with UNA-NY, the Permanent Mission of Estonia to the UN and the Campaign to Elect a Woman UN Secretary-General. The magazine is also planning a series of special events during the high-level week.

“Unstoppable Africa puts us in front of decision-makers from across the world, and we intend to bring our audience into the heart of that conversation. Africa’s economic story deserves the same coverage we give any other — reported from the room,” said Stéphanie Fillion, Editor-in-Chief of Envoy Magazine.

Envoy’s coverage of Unstoppable Africa 2026 will appear at envoymag.com and across the magazine’s channels, with special coverage, exclusive interviews and dedicated social media content.
